Proclinical is seeking a Research Study Assistant for a full-time contract role based in Novi, MI.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support research projects within the framework of regulatory compliance and federal guidelines. This role involves direct interaction with study participants and stakeholders, as well as managing day-to-day operational tasks for the study.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related discipline.
- Experience in an assistant-level role within pharmaceutical clinical trials.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
The Research Study Assistant's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth study operations.
- Engage directly with potential and enrolled study participants.
- Analyze protocol-specific requirements and implement measures to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate research projects of low to moderate complexity.
- Provide additional support as needed to facilitate research activities.
