This speciality pharmaceutical organisation are looking to expand their international team with a job opening for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist based in Espoo, Finland.  This ever-expanding company pride themselves providing high quality products with over 100,000 employees across the globe.

Job Responsibilities:

In this task, you are responsible for applying for and maintaining marketing authorizations for designated products. You can independently and responsibly handle many different tasks and are accustomed to tight schedules. Serve as a part of the registration team in co-operation with the Consumer Health Regulatory Affairs Head and as a liaison with the authorities. Make a close, good co-operation with our various internal stakeholders, especially with the sales and marketing department working with top-brands self-care products. He reports to the Head of the Regulatory Affairs Unit of Finland and the Baltic States.

Skills and Requirements:

  • The experience of self-medication, cosmetics, nutritional supplements and equipment registration is an advantage
  • a suitable university degree
  • excellent organizing and prioritization skills
  • energetic, responsive, accurate, systematic and responsible work
  • good interaction and communication skills and the ability to work with different professionals in a multicultural environment
  • excellent oral and written English, the Swedish language is an advantage
  • strong IT skills; ERP and database expertise is an advantage
  • desire and motivation to work in a strictly regulated environment and understanding of the importance of internal and external guidance
  • want to learn and develop in a constantly changing business environment
