Proclinical are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager Oncology (SÜD) to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • You will build-up, guide, train and develop a high conducting pharmaceutical sales team of various key account managers.
  • Arrange and execute regional meetings.
  • Outline and execute sales methods and efficiently handle performance across the team to accomplish sales targets and increase market share.
  • Routine analysis of regional market and development of regional methods which involves yearly planning of all actions to secure and further expand the company's market position.
  • Be included in the design and integration of new sales channels.
  • Form a training and development framework for the KAM team, in cooperation with both internal shareholders and external alliance partners.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a scientific or marketing/business-linked field, though an advanced degree would be more ideal.
  • Familiarity within a pharmaceutical organisation within the field of oncology, ideally in lung cancer.
  • Leadership acquaintance and knowledge in sales force management.
  • Comprehension of healthcare business changers and their impact, as well as of tactical and methodical planning procedures.
  • Customer and sales-focused mindset.
  • A background in successful project management, which includes the arrangement of significant resources and various shareholders.
  • Capable of working within a matrix and multicultural organisation.
  • Numerical and data analysis abilities.
  • Able to resolve issues.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Deliberation skills with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Wiling to travel for business needs.
  • A hands-on attitude.
  • Fluency in German with knowledge in English.
  • Computer literacy.
