Proclinical are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager to join a rapidly growing Medical Device company in Mexico City. Within this role, The Regional Quality Manager will be accountable for promoting the correct quality standards across the region and influence all quality related activities. This is a highly sought after position with a very competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

Building strong relationships with key business partners and working together to meet quality objectives.
Implementing and maintaining local processes that describe the creation and management of local procedural documents in line with global and local regulatory requirements.
Providing quality oversight to: CAPA activities, relabelling and repackaging, local supplier quality, distribution and warehouse quality, product recalls, complaints, and field actions investigations.

Skills and requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in medical device field.
5 years of experience in a Quality role at a managerial level.
Professional certifications, including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, and Six Sigma would be preferred.
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Health Authorities including inspections and audits.
Strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, persuasion, influence, and leadership.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
