Proclinical are recruiting for a Regional Market Access Manager (M/W/D) to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and analyse regional developments such as cost carriers, health policy, physician networks, medical associations, etc., as abasis for efficient communication and relationships with pertinent regional decision makers.
Responsible for sales and communication of the added values of the current and planned products to accomplish positive reimbursement decisions.
Handle and assist allocated cost carriers with the objective of guaranteeing and growing the reimbursement of the product portfolio on a permanent basis.
Accountable for project management regional healthcare projects to tap into new markets, which involves guiding cross-functional teams with executives or members of teams in sales, marketing, e-commerce, finance, regulation and legal.
You will assist the field sales in questions linked to reimbursement and market access.
Train and educate sales personnel on healthcare system matters.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a business, pharmacy, medicine, nursing or linked discipline.
An additional qualification in health economics, health policy, public health, or any other pertinent executive education would be preferable.
Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device organisation, health policy or similar functions.
Comprehension of the German Statutory Health Insurance system.
Capable of analysing information, examining possible risks, and develop proper tactical plans based on these acumens.
Pertinent network with relevant cost carriers and physician associations in the geographical area of accountability.
Fluency in both German and English.
