Proclinical is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for a global pharmaceutical company located in Plainsboro, NJ.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Global Employer Branding team, HRBP's, Regional Communications Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to plan for and execute photo and video shoots.
Support creation of content and assets needed for impactful activation, including targeted videos, photos, landing pages, etc.
Work closely with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and Line of Business to execute appropriate sourcing, social media or other recruitment marketing strategies to support just-in-time and pro-active recruitment needs.
