Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to support innovative healthcare professional (HCP) engagement initiatives within the rare disease and pharmaceutical space.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on developing and executing impactful education programs and fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong experience in developing and managing HCP engagement programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Expertise in compliance and regulatory standards related to HCP interactions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
The Associate Director's responsibilities will be:
- Design and implement creative peer-to-peer education programs and HCP engagement strategies in collaboration with Medical Communications and external agencies.
- Establish and oversee a National Speaker Bureau, including identifying, contracting, and developing key opinion leader (KOL) speakers.
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual Speaker Bureau training program, ensuring compliance and adherence to on-label guidelines.
- Explore and advocate for new formats and approaches to enhance peer-to-peer engagement effectiveness.
