Quality Control Technician - Contract - Lincoln NE
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join an experienced team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will prepare solutions for analysts, maintain a clean and orderly lab, and focus on microbiology-related tasks. This role will involve sampling and testing of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Skills & Requirements:
- Associates Degree or higher in a Science-related field, BS preferred.
- Prior lab experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cGMP and science principles.
- Experience in an educational setting is suitable.
The Quality Control Technician's responsibilities will be:
- Conduct sampling and testing of incoming materials and finished products.
- Perform routine analytical testing and sampling functions in the QC laboratory.
- Maintain a clean and orderly lab environment.
- Develop knowledge of cGMP requirements, laboratory processes, and good documentation practices.
- Maintain all training requirements for assigned tasks.
- Operate analytical techniques and instrumentation for sampling and testing.
- Work independently or in a team to meet established objectives and performance indicators.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Contribute to projects and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Comply with all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
- Report unsafe conditions and all injuries, illnesses, and hazardous materials releases.
- Wear personal protective equipment and attend EHS training programs.
- Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
