Quality Control Supervisor - Permanent - Onsite

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical company. This is a permanent role located in Philadelphia, PA.

Primary Responsibilities

As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee daily lab operations, ensuring the quality and safety of products through microbiology testing and environmental monitoring. This role involves managing a dedicated team, conducting environmental monitoring, and collaborating with external labs to maintain high standards. The shifts include Wednesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Wednesday, 2pm - 12:30am.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in cGMP Quality Control microbiology.
Proficiency in aseptic techniques and technical writing.
Experience in Microbiology and Environmental Monitoring
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related field.
Leadership experience in a similar role.
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with cell therapy products.

The Quality Control Supervisor will:

Conducting microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
Analyzing data and reporting results for product release.
Coordinating with contract labs for timely testing.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Utilizing leadership experience to guide and support team members.

Compensation:

$115,000 annually
