Proclinical is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join the Analytical Development team within a modern pharmaceutical development environment. This role focuses on supporting drug manufacturing processes by ensuring the quality and compliance of materials through advanced analytical methods. You will work in a collaborative setting, contributing to the release of materials for clinical trials and commercial supply while adhering to cGMP standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control activities in compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners within Analytical Development.
  • Provide comprehensive analytical support for API and drug product supply plants for clinical use.
  • Critically evaluate and document work results scientifically and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cross-laboratory tasks such as reference standard management and analytical application processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate GMP standards in the laboratory.
  • Actively contribute to shaping and improving analytical group workflows.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Natural Sciences, or equivalent qualification (e.g., Laboratory Technician with extensive GMP experience).
  • Professional experience in analytical chemistry, with a focus on quality control (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Practical knowledge of working under cGMP regulations.
  • Proficiency in laboratory-specific software such as Waters Empower, Metrohm Tiamo, or Labware LIMS.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); German language skills are a strong advantage.
