Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Quality Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing internal Quality Management System (QMS), conducting training for employees and will act as the central contact for all internal and external quality-related issues. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment with a multicultural team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and development of the internal Quality Management System (QMS)
- Creation, maintenance and review of department-relevant SOPs and forms
- Planning and implementation of internal audits as part of GCP quality assurance
- Conducting training courses for employees on the QMS and training new employees
- Management of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Handling enquiries, qualification questionnaires and contracts
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in scientific/medical/pharmaceutical studies or training as MTA/PTA or medical documentalist
- Knowledge in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of internal audits in a GCP regulated environment
- Organizational skills with a structured, independent way of working
- Team-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
