QC Laboratory Assistant (German speaker)

Support quality excellence in Swiss pharma as a German-speaking QC Laboratory Assistant.

Proclinical is seeking a QC Laboratory Assistant (German Speaker) to support daily operations within the Quality Control Department in Switzerland. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards while contributing to various laboratory activities. Fluency in German is essential for this position.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily tasks and control activities within the Quality Control Department.
• Monitor stock levels, including forms, within the QC laboratory.
• Receive, store, and complete paperwork for samples submitted for testing.
• Perform routine housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain an inventory of samples and manage their disposal as required.
• Assist in preparing pipettes for servicing.
• Support the release of materials.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration checks on designated instruments.
• Supply materials to the QC laboratory as needed.
• Arrange shipments of testing or patient materials.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educational background in Biotechnology or equivalent (MLO or similar).
• Experience in Quality Control (entry-level to mid-level).
• Fluent in German (essential).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and laboratory practices is advantageous.
