Proclinical is seeking a QC Lab Assistant to support daily operations within the Quality Control (QC) department. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards while performing various QC-related tasks. Fluency in German is essential for this position.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily activities and control tasks within the QC department.
- Monitor stock levels, including forms within the QC laboratory.
- Receive, store, and complete paperwork for samples submitted for testing.
- Perform routine housekeeping activities in the laboratory.
- Maintain an inventory of samples and manage their disposal as required.
- Assist in preparing pipettes for servicing.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration checks on designated instruments.
- Supply materials to the QC laboratory.
- Arrange shipments of testing or patient materials.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educational background in Biotechnology or equivalent (MLO or similar).
- Experience in Quality Control (entry-level to 4 years).
- Fluent in German.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
