QA expert Junior

Proclinical is seeking a QA Expert Junior for a contract role based in Neuchatel, Switzerland. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance and quality oversight of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical production environment. This role involves close collaboration with on-site teams to maintain high-quality standards, identify improvements, and proactively mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

• Review production process documentation, including batch records.
• Monitor critical activities in production areas and provide real-time problem-solving support.
• Support compliance with cGMP standards and internal procedures by fostering a strong partnership between Quality and Operations teams.
• Coach operational teams in managing events and deviations effectively.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and identify root causes of deviations.
• Conduct planned and unplanned on-site visits to ensure adherence to processes and identify potential improvements.
• Act as the quality point of contact in production areas, addressing all quality-related questions.
• Proactively identify potential quality risks in collaboration with production teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Academic background in technical or scientific fields.
• Experience in a cGMP environment within Quality Operations or Manufacturing, particularly in sterile injectable pharmaceutical production.
• Knowledge of production processes, including cell culture, aseptic filling, unit operations, equipment, gowning, and environmental monitoring.
• Strong collaboration and coaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Fluency in French and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
