QA Archivist - Contract - Philadelphia, PA

Proclinical is seeking a QA Archivist to efficiently manage the archiving process of organizational documents, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on preserving documents, managing their life cycle, and collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain high standards of documentation practices.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
Detail-oriented
Technical experience in archive and/or documentation management
Knowledge of archive management
GMP experience preferred

The QA Archivist's responsibilities will be:

Manage the archiving process to ensure document traceability and compliance.
Preserve and manage the life cycle of documents (e.g., return, consultation, loan, modification, destruction).
Oversee approved archives, including lifecycle management, destruction, and access.
Organize the consultation and borrowing of documents in collaboration with partners, ensuring traceability according to SLAs.
Coordinate the archive outsourcing process with external partners.
Organize the scanning process for legacy records and ensure they are properly archived.
Scan GMP documents into the QMS (logbooks, validation binders, etc.).
Collaborate with internal and external partners to comply with applicable procedures and regulations.
Promote good documentation practices within the archiving framework.

Compensation:

USD 30-34, Per Hour
