Proclinical is seeking a Protein Purification (SRA/AS) Contractor for a leading biotech company located in Boston, MA.

This is a twelve-month contract role with an opportunity to be a part of a scientific lab team.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine antibody purification using AKTA as well as other purification techniques such as HPLC-SEC/IEX/RP
Analyze and interpret data, and prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of experiments and data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and technological advancements in the field of antibody purification.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of protein purification experience.
Strong knowledge of antibody or protein purification using AKTA
Experience in analytical methods for assessing the quality and purity of antibodies, such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, and ELISA.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
