Proclinical is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to support a project focused on mechanical adaptations and operational improvements in a mammalian commercial production line. This role involves developing and coordinating project schedules to ensure alignment between engineering, operational, and compliance activities, adhering to GMP standards.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule from design to performance qualification, capturing mechanical and operational improvements.
- Integrate timelines for Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) with operational and compliance activities.
- Coordinate between EPCM teams, production staff, quality assurance, and compliance teams.
- Align GMP change management activities with project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor schedule progress, identify risks or delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance-related activities are integrated into the schedule.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to meet GMP requirements.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
- Use project management software to build and manage schedules.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of GMP compliance and change management.
- Familiarity with biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
- Ability to manage complex schedules with interdependent activities.
- Understanding of EPCM project frameworks.
