Production Lead

Proclinical are recruiting a Production Lead for a CDMO. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Visp.

Responsibilities:

• Operational management of the production facilities and ensures professional process.
• Ensuring a professional and cost-efficient processing on the production side.
• Personnel management, planning and coordination of the production team.
• Ensuring technical availability and compliance with compliance with regulatory requirements (cGMP compliance, safety, permits) concerning plants and facilities.
• Provision of adequately trained personnel (recruitment, training and promotion of employees).
• Batch release on the part of production.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy or similar.
• Professional experience in a QA area in GMP-regulated environment for the production or manufacturing or testing of pharmaceuticals.
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
• Along with being a team player, you will have to be willing to work independently and appreciates interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Your strengths include a proactive approach, where you contribute ideas and are willing to take on responsibility.
• You are also very flexible when it comes to solving problems solving problems.
• You are looking for a new challenge where you can your experience and make a direct contribution to the success of the company.
