Proclinical are recruiting a Production Lead for a CDMO. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Visp.

Responsibilities:

Operational management of the production facilities and ensures professional process.
Ensuring a professional and cost-efficient processing on the production side.
Personnel management, planning and coordination of the production team.
Ensuring technical availability and compliance with compliance with regulatory requirements (cGMP compliance, safety, permits) concerning plants and facilities.
Provision of adequately trained personnel (recruitment, training and promotion of employees).
Batch release on the part of production.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy or similar.
Professional experience in a QA area in GMP-regulated environment for the production or manufacturing or testing of pharmaceuticals.
Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
Along with being a team player, you will have to be willing to work independently and appreciates interdisciplinary cooperation.
Your strengths include a proactive approach, where you contribute ideas and are willing to take on responsibility.
You are also very flexible when it comes to solving problems solving problems.
