Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Norton MA

Proclinical is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join a dynamic team focused on clinical manufacturing operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes while collaborating with various support groups. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to learn and grow professionally.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication skills with the ability to retain and apply information effectively.
Troubleshooting skills, demonstrated through specific examples.
Team player who works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience with TFF or UFF operations (preferred).
Familiarity with HPLC systems (preferred).
Basic automation experience, including DeltaV (preferred).
Outgoing, communicative, and proactive personality.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Comfortable working with diverse personalities.

The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:

Operate production equipment for clinical product manufacturing, including weigh-dispense, solution preparation, equipment cleaning (CIP/COP), and small parts cleaning.
Stock materials in manufacturing suites as needed.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
Collaborate with support groups such as Facilities, QC, QA, Materials Management, and EHS to complete activities accurately and efficiently.

Compensation:

$27 to $34 per hour.
