Proclinical is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the APAC region in the In Vitro Diagnostic sector. This role involves providing marketing support to the commercial team, offering market intelligence and guidance as well as managing products throughout their lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with global and regional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans in line with corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Analyse various market segments and identify unmet needs.
Execute and sustain the commercial launch of products in the assigned region.
Educate and train internal stakeholders on product and promotional strategy.
Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
Monitor and update market intelligence, providing regular reports on trends and changes.
Provide sales, marketing and technical expertise to end-users and corporate departments.
Support field sales efforts through customer needs assessment, product training and follow-up.
Develop targets and strategy for strategic accounts and distribution channels.
Lead product evaluations/demonstrations with direct and distributor teams.
Coordinate information flow and action planning with relevant functions to create a cross-functional support team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and unmet needs.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Knowledge of sales, marketing and technical aspects of biotechnology products.
Ability to develop strategic plans and targets.
Experience in leading product evaluations/demonstrations.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
