Procurement Analyst - Contract - Woburn, MA

Keep our vendor ecosystem compliant, accurate, and audit‑ready as our Procurement Analyst.

Proclinical is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join a team in Woburn, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on vendor management and compliance processes within Oracle systems. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to internal processes and audit guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Oracle systems or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track vendor data effectively.
Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

The Procurement Analyst's responsibilities will be:

Add new vendors to Oracle, ensuring compliance with internal processes and audit standards.
Update vendor information in Oracle, including banking details, addresses, and contact names, following established guidelines.
Maintain vendor change trackers and prepare analyses for quarterly audits.
Manage and maintain HCP reporting data in Oracle, ensuring accurate recording of NPI numbers and HCP-HCO status in vendor entries.
