Proclinical is seeking a Polymechaniker (Automation) to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment while ensuring smooth operational workflows. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment based on technical drawings and sketches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production systems and equipment.
- Coordinate workflows effectively with the team and stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Completed training as a Polymechaniker EFZ or a related field.
- Knowledge of automation systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Strong reliability, resilience, and proactive communication skills.
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and basic English skills.
