Policy Coding Analyst - Permanent - Remote

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Policy Coding Analyst to join a cutting-edge laboratory. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to work remotely.

Skills & Requirements:

Certified Medical Coder - RHIT, CPC, CCS or similar
Experience with developing claim editing and enforcement rules
Configuration experience - edit building or testing
Clinical experience with a background of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding principles
Familiarity with government programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid
High attention to detail, including proper documentation
Strong understanding of laboratory billing and reimbursement practices
1 week travel per month for staff training and team building

Compensation:

$85,000 annually
