Payroll Analyst

Role:

This role is responsible for the execution of Payroll processes for the US Contractor business. The main function of this role is to operate as a key member of the Finance team to liaise between contractors, HR, and the business to ensue accurate and timely processing of payroll. This role will work closely with ADP to process payroll and also have the opportunity to interact directly with employees and business leadership to ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved according to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage bi-weekly contractor payroll for US business, owning the process end-to-end
• Work within ADP Workforce Now to ensure records are accurate and payroll runs without errors
• Weekly collection of hours from online customer portals and company timesheets
• Administer expense reimbursements
• Manage new hire set up and ensure the proper taxes and deductions are recoded
• Ensure all tax IDs are obtained and maintained for tax withholding purposes
• Manage shared accounts box and proactively address employee queries to ensure that all issues are resolved within a timely manner
• Assist Finance manager with automated timekeeping project
• Other ad-hoc payroll data requests as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll- specific role
• College Degree- Finance or Accounting background preferred
• ADP experience a must
• Strong Communication Skills and proactive, "go-getter" personality
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience a plus
