Organizational Change Manager - Contract - Lexington, MA

Looking to uncover insights that could revolutionize the future of medicine and drive breakthroughs in patient care?

Proclinical is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

The OCM Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies that enable business users, leadership, and stakeholders to successfully adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role requires strong expertise in change management frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.

Skills & Requirements:

5+ years of experience in OCM, ideally in consulting or within large-scale IT/business transformation programs.
Familiarity with regulated industries (pharma, finance, healthcare, etc.) is an advantage.
Partner with executives, managers, and end users to build sponsorship and drive adoption.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
Support change agent networks and site champions.

The Organizational Change Manager's responsibilities will be:

Change Strategy & Planning

Assess change impacts and organizational readiness.
Develop tailored OCM strategies aligned with program objectives.
Create actionable deliverables, including stakeholder maps, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption metrics.

Compensation:

$80 to $90 per hour
