Proclinical is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the US legal team in managing the contract lifecycle process.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on ensuring efficient contract management, document execution, and accurate record-keeping. You will play a key role in enhancing the Contract Lifecycle Management system and supporting business owners with contract-related queries.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in managing contract lifecycle processes.
- Experience with procure-to-pay systems and contract databases.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document execution.
- Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools, particularly Ironclad.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
The Contracts Administrator's responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the contract lifecycle process using an integrated procure-to-pay system.
- Process contracts by monitoring their status and addressing queries from business owners.
- Manage document execution through DocuSign and ensure proper filing in the contract database.
- Enhance and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management system using Ironclad.
