Help bring science to life and join a leading pharmaceutical company to play a key role in delivering impactful research that drives healthcare innovation!

Proclinical is seeking a National Engagement Lead for a field-based role that bridges cutting-edge science with account leadership, focusing on improving patient outcomes and enhancing the availability and utilization of innovative therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee insight-gathering activities to identify gaps and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to ensure integrated strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans based on in-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, patient journeys, and treatment pathways.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to advance science-driven initiatives and integrate products into local healthcare systems.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Partner with HCPs to refine patient pathways and treatment protocols in line with clinical guidelines.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Provide accurate scientific information to HCPs and patient advocacy groups, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Facilitate clinical research opportunities, including non-interventional studies and investigator-sponsored trials.
  • Offer specialist advice on policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Proven history in rare diseases, particularly with product launches and collaboration between medical and commercial teams.
  • Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strategic account management experience.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
