Proclinical is seeking a National Engagement Lead for a field-based role that bridges cutting-edge science with account leadership, focusing on improving patient outcomes and enhancing the availability and utilization of innovative therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee insight-gathering activities to identify gaps and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to ensure integrated strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans based on in-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, patient journeys, and treatment pathways.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to advance science-driven initiatives and integrate products into local healthcare systems.
- Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
- Partner with HCPs to refine patient pathways and treatment protocols in line with clinical guidelines.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
- Provide accurate scientific information to HCPs and patient advocacy groups, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Facilitate clinical research opportunities, including non-interventional studies and investigator-sponsored trials.
- Offer specialist advice on policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- Proven history in rare diseases, particularly with product launches and collaboration between medical and commercial teams.
- Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Strategic account management experience.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Willingness to travel as required.
