Proclinical is seeking an MLR Operations Manager to join a dynamic team in the US. This position requires a proactive mindset and a solutions-oriented approach to drive continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee the production and fulfillment of approved Commercial and Medical materials, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will also manage the content print management system and act as a key advisor for print development, focusing on cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage processes and collaborate across teams.
  • Expertise in print production and fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in managing content print management systems and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple requests and provide clear updates.
  • A solutions-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and sustainability practices in print production is a plus.

The MLR Operations Manager's responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the production and fulfillment process for all approved Commercial and Medical materials, serving as the subject matter expert.
  • Manage the content print management system, including identifying and implementing enhancements to support print ordering and fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for print production requests, providing guidance and recommendations to optimize costs and promote sustainability.
  • Partner with internal teams to advise on print development for materials.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly status reports on outstanding and completed print production requests.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
