Microbiology Team Lead

Proclinical are recruiting a Microbiology Team Lead for a role based in Iceland. The role involves a large responsibility where you can utilise your expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient running of microbiology laboratory.
• Review the document management system required documents
• Participate in regulatory inspections and take part in any require preparation
• Deliver technical oversight
• Identify and apply any requirements needed Collaborate with team members

Key Skills and Requirements:

• M.Sc. in relevant scientific discipline
• 3+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated scientific skills.
• Experience in leading various level of teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to work independently and in teams
