Proclinical are recruiting a Microbiology Team Lead for a role based in Iceland. The role involves a large responsibility where you can utilise your expertise.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the efficient running of microbiology laboratory.
Review the document management system required documents
Participate in regulatory inspections and take part in any require preparation
Deliver technical oversight
Identify and apply any requirements needed Collaborate with team members

Key Skills and Requirements:

M.Sc. in relevant scientific discipline
3+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated scientific skills.
Experience in leading various level of teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to work independently and in teams
