A biotech in Singapore is in search for a talented Microbiologist to design and construct antibody libraries. You must be able to apply deep sequencing for discovery and engineering, validate positive hits, initiate support platform for improvements and train junior team members.

Before you can apply you must hold a Ph.D. in protein biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology or related field with experience in bioinformatics, NGS sequencing and analysis. You must also have experience in B cell screening from clinical samples to characterise antibody repertoires as well as to isolate specific antibody types is a plus. The candidate is expected to contribute at the bench and strategic levels, as well as to present data to the rest of the team.
