Membership Analyst - Permanent - Plainsboro, NJ
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Analyst.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on investigating the eligibility of entities for contract prices, maintaining membership lists, and ensuring proper contract linkages. This role also involves reviewing customer terms and coordinating the resolution of chargeback errors.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing membership lists and contract linkages.
- Ability to review and interpret Class of Trade (COT) terms.
- Experience in resolving chargeback errors.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
The Membership Analyst responsibilities will be:
- Investigate the eligibility of entities to receive Group Purchasing Organization (GPO)/340B Public Health Service (PHS) contract prices.
- Maintain membership lists for commercial and government GPOs.
- Monitor and ensure entities are linked to appropriate contracts.
- Review daily multiple linkage reports to ensure single GPO linkage and prevent unauthorized GPO linkage.
- Review direct and indirect customer Class of Trade (COT) to assign proper COT consistent with General Practitioner (GP) methodology.
- Support and coordinate the investigation and resolution of Chargeback errors.
