Proclinical is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional for the role of Medical Affairs Grants & Sponsorship.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position is required to manage the lifecycle of Independent Medical Education (IME) grants and Medical Affairs-led sponsorship requests. This role involves overseeing operational processes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align activities with strategic medical plans.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic submission platforms (e.g., Veeva) and compliance processes.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional reviews and aligning activities with strategic objectives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

The Medical Affairs Grants & Sponsorship's responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for IME grant and sponsorship requests, including intake, triage, compliance review, approvals, contracting, and reconciliation.
  • Act as the operational lead and facilitator for formal review sessions, ensuring timely reviews, quorum management, and accurate documentation of votes and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate submission reviews across Global, US, and International Medical Affairs teams, adhering to defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate alignment with regional and global medical strategies.
  • Utilize electronic platforms (e.g., Veeva) to process and track submissions, ensuring proper classification of grants and completion of due diligence tasks such as debarment and exclusion screenings.
  • Maintain oversight of compliance processes and ensure accurate documentation of funding decisions.

Compensation:

  • $70 to $73 per hour.
