Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Material Scientist FOR a world leading and innovative Medical Device company located in Northern Illinois. Successful candidate will lead on developing, selecting, optimizing and testing rubbers and plastics for new drug delivery combination products. In addition, the successful candidate will work with suppliers and manufactures to optimize the materials for use in the device and manufacturability.

Skills and Requirements:

BS in Polymer / Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
5+ years of Materials Engineering or Materials Science experience.
Experience with Tubing Extrusion, Film Extrusion, Injection Molding, Welding, Materials Additives, Surface Modification.
