Proclinical is seeking a strategic and innovative Manager for Marketing Solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in carrying out the patient value brand plan for the portfolio within the Rheumatology sector. This role involves both local initiation and coordination efforts within the EU and global rheumatology organisation.

Responsibilities:

Support the marketing team in executing the cross-functional Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP) to drive optimal product growth through market insights.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape and refine global, EU, and local strategies/projects.
Implement key global/EU/local rheumatology marketing campaigns, events, and training activities.
Engage with team members to optimize omnichannel strategies for healthcare provider and patient engagement.
Manage external agencies/vendors to implement initiatives within budget and timelines, including material management, controlling, contract management, and source clear approvals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare.
Experience in stakeholder-facing roles.
Experience in brand/commercial roles is a plus.
Strong skills in business planning, tactical plan development, project management.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement meaningful solutions for patients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.
