Proclinical are seeking a strategic and knowledgeable Contract & Policy Manager within Market Access for a permenant position within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencing access to our healthcare products and services.
- Identify policy priorities to overcome access barriers, and support the implementation of engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute contracts with insurance companies, setting up value-based contracts that balance value, outcome, and price.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, medicine, pharmacy, health economics, or equivalent.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably with diabetes products/medical devices.
- In-depth understanding of health insurance systems, reimbursement pathways, price negotiations, and contracting.
