Proclinical are recruiting for a Key Account Manager (KAM) x2 to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Saxony and Stuttgart.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce and execute compliant customer centric solutions which will drive business for the company and benefit patients.
  • Responsible for developing and suggesting novel, customer-insight-driven submissions to the company at a local level.
  • Guarantee adherence to compliance framework and pertinent industry/country laws/codes of contact, etc.
  • Enable customer education in company markets, increasing awareness of clinical practices, through organisation of medical information regional meetings, respectful of the German code of practice.
  • Collaborate with medical, market access and marketing to develop solutions that deliver against shareholder expectations and accomplish account plans.
  • Proficient in demonstrating and embodying company core values: Entrepreneurship, Speed, and Integrity.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A valid driving license.
  • Fluency in German with knowledge in English.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Educated to a degree level in a business or life science-linked field.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales actions within a psychiatric market place would be beneficial.
  • Expertise on the German hospital and office-based landscape and their characteristics.
  • Comprehension of the requirement to comprehend and assist with patient pathway design - with successful product launches in the speciality of Psychiatric as well as Endocrinology.
  • Project management experience.
  • A result focused individual with the ability to think analytically and tactically.
  • Able to make decisions.
  • Knowledge in Business Insights to Actions, Disease and Therapy Area Expertise, and Creating a Performance culture.
  • A background in diplomacy, judgments and deliberation abilities.
  • A high level of emotional integrity.
  • A can-do mindset with the ability to resolve issues.
  • Keen to learn.
  • Works well in a team setting.
  • Capable of thriving within an enhancing, unique, and inclusive work setting.
