Key Account Manager - Permanent - Remote based out of Boston, Connecticut, New Jersey or Eastern Pennsylvania.

Proclinical is seeking a strategic and accomplished Key Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with top pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position is crucial in driving business growth, evolving innovative strategies to go beyond client expectations and orchestrating internal resources to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs. The Key Account Manager will play a crucial part in shaping the client engagement and retention strategies and ensuring long-term success.

Skills & Requirements:

  • A Degree in a field within or related to Life Sciences at Bachelor's level.
  • Knowledge of Synthetic Biology or Genomics.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma and Biotech industry.
  • Experience working in a team environment with good communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in maintaining and planning opportunity pipelines, tasks and events using CRM tools.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

The Recruitment Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals within key accounts.
  • Lead the management and growth of our most important accounts.
  • Drive growth of the Multiomics and Synthesis business by developing and executing account management strategies.
  • Perform continuous account mapping and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Organize and conduct business reviews, capabilities presentations, and annual governance meetings with existing and potential new customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Regional Sales, Sales Specialists, Technical Support, and Corporate Development.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers and team members.
  • Develop and maintain a rich opportunity funnel across all business lines.
