Proclinical is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and networks. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of software engineers, architects, and IT system engineers to enhance IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provide IT support and resolve problems, incidents, and service requests to ensure end-user satisfaction.
Support and maintain local end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and other hardware.
Manage hardware and software according to standard procedures.
Diagnose and rectify hardware/software errors at customer premises.
Procure standard IT client hardware.
Provide IT training for non-IT colleagues.
Support in managing server, application, and network services.
Participate in IT system engineering tasks and projects to improve and optimize IT infrastructure.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in a similar IT support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).
Experience in supporting end-user devices and troubleshooting technical issues.
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Cisco, AWS, and Azure is an advantage.
