Drive seamless international trade operations as an Import/Export Co‑Ordinator in the Dreux/Paris region.
Proclinical is seeking an Import/Export Co-Ordinator to join a dynamic team in Dreux/Paris. In this role, you will manage commercial and non-commercial orders while ensuring high-quality customer service. You will coordinate import/export operations, oversee transportation logistics, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and non-commercial orders, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulatory constraints, and agreed conditions.
- Process orders from various sites using SAP, Rapid Response, and other tools.
- Coordinate imports of finished products, semi-finished goods, and raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and cold chain compliance.
- Oversee shipments in line with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and insurance guidelines.
- Analyze transport quotations and plan refrigerated shipments adhering to Good Distribution Practices.
- Issue commercial documents such as certificates of origin and goods inspection reports.
- Investigate and resolve logistics complaints, implement corrective actions, and manage product returns.
- Propose solutions to mitigate supply disruptions during complex situations (e.g., strikes, geopolitical conflicts).
- Monitor and share performance KPIs, driving improvements in supply chain operations.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members, promoting best practices.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and transport regulations (IATA, Dangerous Goods handling).
- Familiarity with customs, taxes, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP for data extraction, issue resolution, and testing.
- Experience with process automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain operations using Rapid Response.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex scenarios.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
