Proclinical are recruiting for a Human Resource Generalist to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

Offer prompt and informative replies to enquiries concerning human resources procedures, upholding a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Work alongside the cross-functional teams to guarantee HR procedures are in line with the wide company goals.
Exhibit knowledge in recruitment, compensation/benefits administration, talent development, onboarding/offboarding processes, and personnel relations, all while aligning both legal needs and internal HR regulations.
Recognise prospects for process optimisation and partake in the development of HR-connected workflows.
Support the implementation of multiple HR procedures in the HRIS system workday, guaranteeing precision and effectiveness within data management.
Assist with the production of necessary documents, for example: contracts, certificates, employment references, and any other HR-related paperwork for our companies in Germany and Switzerland, guaranteeing delivery in a timely manner.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a huma resources, business administration, or a similar discipline would be ideal.
Fluency in both the German and English languages.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, ideally workday.
Know-how of labour laws and guidelines in Germany and Switzerland, guaranteeing HR procedures adhere to these needs.
Acquaintance working in a HR assistance role, with comprehension of recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations practices.
A high attention to detail.
