HS&E Advisor

Proclinical is seeking a proactive HS&E Advisor to join our client's team. This role focuses on supporting health, safety, and environmental strategies within the organization. You will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance and facilitating the transition of HSE programs as we prepare for future developments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update local HS&E procedures.
• Deliver workshops to align with company policies.
• Coordinate and attend meetings to represent HS&E systems and compliance.
• Support and conduct HS&E audits and assessments.
• Maintain regulatory licenses and ensure relevance.
• Liaise with safety and environmental representatives.
• Facilitate risk assessments and review control measures.
• Support environmental management systems and vigilance systems.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum NEBOSH Certificate; IOSH accreditation preferred.
• Experience in a similar HSE role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a focus on risk management and decision-making.
• Passionate about creating a safe and thriving work environment.
