HR Operations - Contract - Boston MA
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual to join a collaborative HR Operations team.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on supporting clinical study operations, assisting with office logistics, and contributing to HR activities. The successful candidate will be someone who can efficiently manage tasks and collaborate with various departments.
Skills & Requirements:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or HR operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
The HR Operations' responsibilities will be:
- Pick and pack orders for clinical studies.
- Support office relocation and furniture acquisition.
- Assist with HR activities, including onboarding and recruitment organization.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices and collect receipts.
