Proclinical are recruiting for a Head of MSAT. This role is on a permanent basis and is located within Europe.

Responsibilities:

Monitor technology transfer actions from development to commercial manufacturing sites, guaranteeing seamless integration and successful scale-up.
Guide and/or contribute to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, for example: lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process brilliance.
Form and uphold efficient relationships with internal shareholders, external partners and vendors to assist with MSAT actions and goals.
You will prepare and display technical reports, presentations and suggestions to senior management and any other shareholders when needed.
Accountable for driving process development and optimisation initiatives to develop product quality, yield and effectiveness.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to an advanced degree level in a pharmaceutical science, chemical engineering, biotech or similar discipline.
Demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, process development or similar discipline.
A background in leadership and management skills within a scientific or technical organisation.
Know-how of cGMP guidelines ICH regulations, and any other regulatory needs.
Able to resolve issues with the capacity to analyse multifaceted technical concerns.
Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Works well with others in team.
Familiarity with process validation, technology transfer, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Capable of driving outcomes, handle projects, and prioritising various tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced setting.
