Proclinical is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the International Statutory Reporting team as an Assistant Accountant. This role is ideal for graduates with a background in accounting or finance who are eager to develop their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. The position follows a hybrid work model, with a balance of office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
Support the completion of statutory audits.
Contribute to statutory reporting and legal entity processes.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze financial data.
Participate in initiatives to improve processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Familiarity with statutory and legal entity reporting is advantageous.
