Proclinical is seeking a dynamic individual for a global project management role within the Clinical Supply Chain. This position focuses on ensuring the timely planning and execution of supply strategies to maintain the continuous supply of clinical finished goods to patients. You will be the single point of contact at the trial level, representing Global Clinical Supply in integrated Clinical Trial teams.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide input into clinical study protocols and develop optimal trial supply strategies.
- Serve as the single point of contact for Global Clinical Supply at the trial level.
- Advise on packaging design, technical feasibility, efficiency, and risk management.
- Review clinical trial protocols and amendments to optimize supply design.
- Create and maintain accurate clinical supply demand aligned with study parameters.
- Develop packaging designs and label strategies for participating countries.
- Define supply parameters and initiate updates throughout the trial duration.
- Develop and execute trial-level project plans with relevant roles.
- Identify, assess, and communicate supply risks with mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate on country submission and approval timelines for optimal supply strategy.
- Generate distribution plans for investigational medicinal products.
- Develop and execute resupply strategies with proactive planning.
- Consolidate and track clinical trial budgets for external costs.

- Technical knowledge in supply chain systems, particularly SAP.
- Data and digital savviness with a high learning ability.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
