Proclinical is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to oversee the full Employee Life Cycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development. The successful candidate will also provide strategic and operational HR support to managers, act as the primary HR contact for employees, and participate in and manage Global HR projects cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full Employee Life Cycle.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Handle HR documentation and coordinate with employment lawyers on labor law matters.
- Support employees through transitions, including restructuring and change management projects.
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing queries and providing solutions.
- Manage recruitment processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Implement and drive the Global HR strategy within the European region.
- Participate in and manage Global HR projects cross-functionally.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven working history as a HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational company.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices including talent and performance management and employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Office 365 and HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
