Proclinical are recruiting for a Facility Engineering Lead (Leiter der Anlagentechnik) to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Saxony-Anhalt.

Responsibilities:

Guide CQV actions across all site production areas, which also involves fill-finish.
Responsible for oversight of engineering QMS to guarantee that closure is aligned with site/corporate processes in a timely manner.
Contribute to outlining divisional goals in line with site objectives, CAPEX needs and constant improvement.
Offer technical guidance on facility engineering projects across equipment, facilities and utilities.
Work alongside production and quality teams for crucial scaleup and technical transfer projects.
Support the head of engineering to assure that the upkeep function develops and stays present with engineering best practices.
You will present divisional metrics to the site group throughout monthly updates.
Work alongside quality divisions to guarantee engineering adheres to GMP standards.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in an engineering field.
Knowledge of both German and English at a C1 level.
Demonstrable experience within GMP facility engineering and maintenance.
Knowledge of GMP and clean room facilities HVAC, along with familiarity working with both local and FDA guidelines.
Acquaintance with CMMS systems.
A background in commissioning, qualification, and validation in a biotech/pharmaceutical organisation.
