Proclinical is seeking an Executive Sales Specialist to join the team, focusing on the Human Array sector. This role involves driving growth in human array business areas, collaborating with account management and global product teams to achieve revenue goals. The position offers a dynamic environment with significant exposure and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and portfolio within the human array markets.
- Develop strategic plans to win new business and expand market share.
- Execute strategies to target and secure large human array opportunities.
- Lead by example in business development and participate in campaign planning.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitive environments.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers at all levels.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to customer challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with various specialist roles and account managers.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, or Biochemistry preferred.
- Experience with DNA microarray technology or other genomic technologies required.
- Research experience in Genotyping is a plus.
- Proven sales or customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multifunctional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; SFDC and JDE knowledge a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50-60%.
