Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Entry Supply Chain Associate position with a leading pharmaceutical research company. The organization prides itself on its solid commercial portfolio of life-saving drugs within a number of therapy areas, along with a growing pipeline of investigational drugs and an unmatched patient access program. Based in the company's California office, this is an entry-level position that requires knowledge of excel and EDS systems, ie, Oracle, SAP, etc. and is open to a recent graduate looking to get into Supply Chain. The selected candidate will assist with document management and learn the ins and outs of Supply Chain.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports clinical material supply management operational tasks related to on-going clinical trials.
  • Coordinates and monitors daily clinical drug shipments at various contract depots and resolve any shipping related issues.
  • Enters clinical supply information in EDS system including part number, lot number, depot location, and quantities.
  • Reviews inventory report for quantity, lot status, expiration dates. Rebalances depot inventories when needed.
  • Completes daily inventory transactions including stock transfers, sales orders, work orders, inventory adjustments and disposals.
  • Candidate will be cross checking systems to ensure documents are entered.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred in either Supply Chain or Science, and an understanding of GMP OR Associate's Degree and 2+ years' experience within GMP
  • TMF experience not required, but preferred
  • Open to GMP/GLP experience without specific supply chain experience.
  • Familiarity with performance validations in a reprocessing environment.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
