Proclinical is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead high-impact drug development programs within a dynamic and fast-paced biotech environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on strategic program leadership, cross-functional alignment, risk management, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving the success of clinical trials and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Skills & Requirements:
- Background in Biological Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or related scientific fields; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading drug development programs through Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory requirements (e.g., US FDA, EMA).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as SmartSheet or Monday.com.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations and manage stakeholder communications.
The Director Program Management's responsibilities will be:
- Lead program teams in developing and executing integrated timelines, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and budget.
- Provide strategic guidance to align program goals with corporate priorities.
- Evaluate development scenarios to balance costs, timelines, risks, and objectives.
- Direct cross-functional teams across CMC, clinical, nonclinical, regulatory, and commercial functions.
- Build strong partnerships internally and externally to foster collaboration.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide updates, frame trade-offs, and support decision-making.
- Identify and manage program risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Resolve complex challenges efficiently with subject matter experts.
- Represent the program in communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement tools and dashboards for better visibility and execution discipline.
Compensation:
- $240,000 to $250,000 per annum.
